Day 21 Post 18 - First Day in the Books

 We made it through day one of the training. Poor Killian, he has never used a sewing machine, so understanding how they work is a hurdle that no one else has had to overcome. He is doing great though. 

We started on the mechanical machines today. It was interesting taking the cover off. I never took the cover off before. I have gotten into the needle area before and back in the hook area. I was ahead of the group until it came to taking off the cover.

They warned us that the next few days was going to be hard but that after the third day it would be better. Today was pretty intense so here's to fortifying our determination. There isn't anything that I can't learn to do. I will have them repeat the process until I get it.

Going to get a good night's sleep. Then tomorrow, I will remember my voice and put aside my pride and ask for help.
