Topping my week off, my boss was sent home because he hasn't brought in a Doctor's release. Too funny if you ask me. He can work from home easily enough though. Me not so much. Though I kind of wish I had taken my work computer with me and logged in after classes. But I refuse to be that much of a work-a-holic. Beside I really didn't have the time.
Today, I did not have any caffeine. This is the first day in months that I have gone without caffeine. No headache, yet, but boy am I worn out. I came home from work and crashed. I really would like to get back off the caffeine. Mostly because I drink more water when I don't drink caffeine. Partly because I think it elevates my blood pressure slightly. Not that my blood pressure has been high, my BP is good. But being diabetic, it is a good idea to make sure it stays good.
Is there something you are trying to give up?
